This is what my new boss just said, "I don't allow mistakes. Mistake can only be made once. If you make the same mistake twice, that means you never take the first mistake to heart."
This sounds reasonable.
But then, here comes another one, "When you have a tough boss, you will grow faster and learn faster!"
Urrrr, the second one sounds a little...demanding. If this is something coming out from your boss' mouth, what would you think?
He also said: Dun dig. Meaning don't dig a hole to trap him. Eventually you would be the one who jump into the hole you dig for yourself.
So, DON'T DIG~~!
Hell, tough life is ahead of me.
