Iceberg

Iceberg: A massive floating body of ice broken away from a glacier. Only about 10% of its mass is above the surface of the water.

Philosophically woman is like an iceberg. Guy is like a sailor and all he can see is the part that is floating on the surface. When he thinks he's seeing the other 90% of the iceberg underneath the water, he's already trapped in a sunken boat, slowly sinking to the bottom.
